After working with Friday’s for over a decade, we have produced many interiors that have helped the brand evolve and lead the way within the hospitality industry, using technology and décor to give the customer a fun, nostalgic and experiential time during their visit. But with this concept, it was built on the single brief by the client, “Let’s go back to the core principles of the TGI Fridays experience”, big food, big drinks, and an interior to visually enhance the overall experience. No gimmicks, just a great interior layout design with quality touch point finishes. Using warm, rich materials, toning back the overuse of light to create a dark moody atmosphere, allowing the amber glow bulbs create that theatrical environment that Fridays is renowned for. For the finishing touches, an overlay of Americana décor, nods back to the classic American diner we see in so many New York based cinematic productions.
